Next Steps
Application Submitted:
- Once you've applied online and uploaded your documents, we will begin processing your application. We will contact you if additional information is required.
Plan Reviews:
- All permits require a plan review. We will email you upon completion. If revisions are needed, you will receive a plan review letter with comments.
- Please upload your revised documents in the e-permit portal if needed.
- If your review is complete but current licenses or other items are still required, we will inform you via email and provide a list of items needed for approval.
Permit Approval:
- Once your permit is approved, we will email you with any conditions of approval, inspection information, and permit fee totals, which can be paid through the Permit Portal.
- After processing your payment, we will be notified of your payment. Once we issue the permit, you will receive and email with instructions on how to print the permit.
- Important: Do not begin any work until your permit has been issued and payment has been completed. It is the permit applicant's responsibility to print and post any approved plans, approval letters, and the permit for inspection. Failure to provide these documents may result in failed inspections or re-inspection fees.
